By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to shop on our website. By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate, complete, and true to the best of your knowledge.
2. Products & Availability

Our products are crafted in small quantities to ensure maximum freshness and quality.

Availability may vary based on demand, ingredient seasonality, or delivery location.

During peak hours or festive seasons, select items may sell out quickly.

We strive to keep our listings updated, but reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue any product without prior notice.

Product images and descriptions are for representation only. The final product may vary slightly in appearance due to natural ingredients and handmade preparation.
3. Orders & Payment

Orders can be placed directly on our website or via WhatsApp (where available).

Full payment is required at the time of placing your order. We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and other secure payment options.

Once your order is placed, it enters our fresh production queue. Cancellations or changes can only be made within 1 hour of order confirmation.

You’ll receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp once your order is successfully placed.

In case of payment failure but amount deduction, please contact us with proof — we’ll help resolve it quickly.
4. Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver to select locations within our serviceable areas. Availability will be confirmed at checkout or via WhatsApp.

Deliveries are made within the committed time window, usually within 24 hours of order confirmation.

Delivery timelines may vary due to factors like weather, traffic, or third-party logistics constraints.

You’ll receive a notification when your order is out for delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive it.

If delivery is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, reattempts may be made at an additional charge.

Our fresh batters are temperature-sensitive. Kindly refrigerate immediately upon delivery for best quality and safety.
5. Storage & Consumption

Refrigerate immediately upon receipt to maintain freshness and safety.

Consume within 3–5 days of delivery, as indicated on the product label.

Always use a clean, dry spoon when handling the batter. Remove only the required quantity into a separate vessel and place the pack back in the fridge immediately.

Do not leave the batter out at room temperature for extended periods — it will continue to ferment and may turn sour in taste and aroma.

For best results, allow refrigerated batter to come to room temperature before cooking.

We are not responsible for quality issues that arise from improper storage or handling after delivery.
