At The Grain Story, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality products to your doorstep. Due to the perishable and made-to-order nature of our batters, we do not accept returns once a product has been delivered.

However, your satisfaction matters to us. If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged or leaking
  • Incorrect (wrong item delivered)
  • Spoiled or compromised upon opening
